Poplar Cottage is a modern cottage located in the historic zone less than a minutes walk from the centre of Arrowtown. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the second with a queen and single bed. The first bedroom has a shower room with laundry available. The second bedroom is large with a kitchenette and ensuite shower room. All beds are fully made up with sheets and duvets and towels are provided. There are extra blankets and winter weight duvets for winter. There is a fully equipped kitchen, dining table and lounge area with WIFI available. The cottage has a garden to the front with BBQ (in summer) and off street parking. Poplar Cottage is located next to Poplar Lodge, which can be rented separately (see separate listing). The cottage has its own entrance, garden and parking space. No tents are permitted on the property. Cleaning is included in the rental and applies to cleaning of bathrooms, doing laundry on departure and making beds. We ask that guests leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition.
