holiday house at end on cul de sac, very private and quiet. Nice sea view. Sunny, bordering reserve, 500m from beach and safe swimming, fishing, and boating, 1.5km from Queen Charlotte walkway, 22k from Picton. We have had the house for 3 years now and it has proven to be a great place to relax, entertain and be active. It is possible to take a connecting water taxi in Picton if you arrive on the ferry from Wellington to the Tirimoana jetty. Some guests cooked up a feast on the barbie, others have prepared for the Ironman. Arriving is easy, Leaving is hard.
The main house has 2 bedrooms: the master bed room and a single bed room with a bunk bed. The sleep out which is separate from the house has its own toilet and shower, bunk beds and a sofa bed, ideal for teenagers, but is at the moment under repair.
bordering nature reserve, private and sunny. nice views, only 22k from Picton (road access), lovely setting. Be lazy or active! (close to Queen Charlotte walkway, comes with a dinghy and single kayak)
tranquil creek ensuring sound sleeps.
Not suitable for toddlers, as deck is not fenced to floor level
