For Peak Holiday periods ie Xmas/Newyear, Easter , winter bookings for July and August and any events there is a two months cancellation policy, If this is not given you will be charged for the duration of your stay. If for any reason you to decide to check out early and shorten the number of days you have booked, you are obligated to pay for the full amount of the booking.
Should you cancel before the notice period then your 25% deposit will be refunded minus a $100 service charge.
Please note you are responsible for anything in the house that you may damage or break.
