This holiday house is at the legendary Tapuaetahi beach and situated in a pinnacle position with amazing views of the private 'Taps' beach,estuary, lagoon and the Cavalli Islands.Relax and indulge in the surroundings from early sunrise to stunning sunset.Your boat can be launched from the ramp, giving you easy access to some of the Bay of Islands best fishing and dive sites. The private beach is safe for swimming and there is also the estuary and lagoon. When the surf is 'up' it is magnificent and when calm there is excellent snorkelling and kayaking to enjoy. We provide 2 kayaks for your use. Dolphins often come into the bay and swimming with them is a 'not to be missed' experience.
The home is architecturally designed and only 10 years old with excellent outdoor /indoor living.Upstairs offers wonderful sea views from both bedrooms and landing.
Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms with a king bed and a queen bed. There is a full bathroom and separate w.c. Downstairs the master bedroom + ensuite has a queen bed with access to a private deck with sweeping views of the ocean and Cavalli islands.
The living area comprises a large open-plan lounge/dining area accessing fantastic decks for all day sun.....we are the first house in the whole of Tapuaetahi to get the morning sun!
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a blender and juicer as well as cake tins etc for those keen cooks ! Separate laundry and a guest w.c.
There is Sky TV.and a stereo system .
Outside in a private gated area is a gas-heated hot/cold shower.
There is ample private parking with farm paddocks bordering the property on one side offering a peaceful existence and mushroom gathering for breakfast (in season !)
You won't want to leave!
Only 20 mins drive to Kerikeri and 50mins to Kauri Cliffs golf course.
Central to wonderful coastal drives and beaches.
SIX people is our maximum number staying overnight.

The house is strictly non- smoking.
Bookings can be secured with a deposit for 50% of the total stay price.
Balance to be paid upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy.
Deposit will be refunded if cancellations is made more than 30 days prior to arrival date. Centre Reef Beach House has all the special extra touches that one's own home offers.

Rates: We are offering our beach house, Centre Reef , for long term rentals ( more than 4 week stays) @ $700 per week between March up to December. From Dec 18th until 1st Feb the minimum stay is 5 days.
Usual minimum stay is 3 days except for the GETAWAY TREAT SPECIAL offering a 2 day minimum for 2 people for only $160 per night !!.

Availability: Available all year but the minimum stay is 3 days ( or 2 days for 2 people bonus special) EXCEPT between 18th Dec. 2011 to 1st Feb. 2012 when there is a 5 day minimum stay. Easter will be $450 a night with a minimum of 3 nights.

This golden beach is great for windsurfing, kite boarding, sailing, diving, snorkelling and fishing.There are abundant fish and shellfish . Coastal walks, bird-life,seals,penguins and green-lipped mussels. You may even see a kiwi ! Kerikeri is 20 mins away and boasts great shopping and eateries. It is a 'boutique town , has an art and craft trail , chocolate factory , wineries and large supermarkets. Go to www.kerikeri.co.nz and check us out . Tapuaetahi is a gated community, friendly and safe.We are close to the bay of islands and we can organise you discounted bookings on Swim with the Dolphins, A Day in The Bay or Hole in the Rock trips. Or a bus tour to Cape Reinga.If you wish to have a day on a sailing ship or a trip to the Puketi Forest at night to view kiwis, that too can be arranged.
