This warm, spacious house with fabulous indoor/outdoor flow caters for up to 8 people. Outdoor decks are north facing to take full advantage of the sun. Three bedrooms include a king sized bed, a queen bed, 4 single beds and a fold-away cot. The kitchen contains a modern oven and gas cook-top along with a microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The house also has a fully-equipped laundry, with washing machine, dryer and clothes line.
Kaiteriteri enjoys amongst the highest sunshine hours in New Zealand and is ideally suited for swimming, kayaking and many other recreational activities. It is also the gateway to the beautiful Golden Bay region.
