This large three bedroom downstairs apartment has been set up as a luxurious retreat, every thing has been designed for comfort and ease.
The Properties have just been renovated by an award winning design team, the finish as you will see to a very high standard.
You will want for nothing during your stay here, with a fully equipped kitchen and a BBQ next to the fire pit, great for entertaining set in massive gardens that look over the mountains.
Entertaining is what this space was made for with open plan living and indoor/outdoor flow and a brand new kitchen with all the mod cons.
Fishing and Skiing Apartment
The master bedroom has a queen and is well-appointed, with veiws across the grounds. The back bedrooms all have sliders out to their own private paved areas. This apartment has two separate bathrooms, with a wet floor shower and a separate basin area, allowing for lots of people to use the facilities at the same time. There is another queen bedroom and a double room with a wall dividing through to the bunk room which has two singles.

Set in the mountains of the central North Island, near Lake Taupo. We sit next to the Tongariro River (5 mins walk), the Tauranga-Taupo and the Hinemaiai which are considered as some of the best trout fishing Rivers in the world.
Winter Sports
It is just a 40min drive to the mountain for a days skiing, hire shops just round the corner. Every thing is on your door step, Hot Pools after a long day up the mountain to relax those aching muscles.
Summer Sports
Swimming, boating, water-skiing, canoeing and fishing are just a few things that you can take part in on the lake.
There are some amazing walks, including the world famous Tongariro Crossing.
Bungy Jumping, the flying fox, the swing, parachuting, paragliding, and all the extreme sports you could think of.
There is a top Golf course five minuets down the road, which also hosts squash courts.
Horse riding is very popular in the area and has a number of tracks and lessons available.
