Wake up to birdsong in our affordable one bedroom/ensuite (with sleep out) flat. Open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room. Stroll out onto the verandah which overlooks a peaceful bush clad lawn. With an attached sleepout it sleeps four easily (more by negotiation). Linen etc provided. Off street parking with a carpad alongside house. The bathroom has been renovated and is completely new. There is a Heat Pump in the lounge so you will be warm and comfortable in winter.
Just 10 minutes via motorway from Wellington, this flat is a quiet peaceful getaway. Close to public transport and shops and of course the entertainment and recreation found in Wellington. Take part in the outdoors recreational activities available in the Hutt Valley and Kapiti Coast.
Attached to a house with quiet tenants who look after the flat and can answer any questions to make your stay more comfortable.
We prefer guests who are wanting a quiet retreat as noisy or boistrous families wouldn't suit this environment.
Perfect for small families immigrating/emmigrating or renovating.
If you find this place is taken I may have others that I can recommend in the Tawa area that might suit just as well and are also reasonably priced.
Just a 5 minute walk to shops, supermarket, cafes and train. Easy 15 min train trip to Wellington. Quiet bush surrounding. Away from the hussle and bustle of the city yet close enough to travel there in a short time.
