Rates: Prices range depending on the time of year, the number of people being accomodated, and the length of the stay.
Because Wanaka is a very popular location at certain times of the year ie Christmas/New Year, ski season,school holidays, and Easter (Warbirds) the rates are very much dependant on the time of year you wish to stay.
The house comfortably sleeps 5 people however extras may be accomodated by arrangement and for a small fee.
Short term rentals (less than a week) are likely to incur a higher rate than longer term rentals.
