Just 20 mins from central Christchurch and only minutes to the swimming and surfing beach and the relaxed ambience of Sumner Village. Paragliding, walking and cycling tracks, and horseriding closeby in scenic Port Hills. Ideally located at the start of the scenic route to Banks Peninsula and historic Akaroa and for excursions further afield to other Canterbury attractions, including ski fields, and hot springs.
