About this Holiday House

Well located 3 bedroom beach house. Great location, bathed in all day sun. Open plan living area has 2 decks to capture morning and evening sun. A downstairs courtyard will provide shelter on windy days. Outdoor shower and change area to keep wet and sandy equipment outdoors. The rear of section leads to the 9th hole green and a 2 min walk to the club house & tennis courts. The beach is a short walk through an access point 20 m from the house. No tents, caravans or parties. Guests to provide all linen - sheets, towels, bathmats & tea towels. Compulsory cleaning fee $75.00.

Great location with 2 mins walk to beach 9 th green and community tennis courts. 10 min walk to the store and cafe. Decks facing East and West to catch both morning and afternoon sun.

Fabulous spot, lovely outlook from both front and back deck, comfortable beds, toasty warm fireplace, outdoor shower was a feature. Great use of space.

Great place for a family or group of friends to stay. Perfect balance between comfort and keeping an original bach feel. Multiple generous sized decks meant we could always find somewhere sheltered to sit outside. Really well equipped kitchen, with great range of books, videos and sports equipment.

We had a great time at the royal Hawaiian … comfortable beds, open plan living with plenty of deck space on both looking east towards the ocean and west to the golf course. The location is hard to beat with a short walk to the beach and the golf course off the back of the section. The property is surrounded by mature trees which offers a sense of privacy from the main road and the golf course. We had use of Tennis racquets, golf clubs and boogy boards. The price was v reasonable for our long weekend away and we will be back.
