Pull out sofa in living area also available. Bathroom with chub & separate toilet, laundry. A 2nd BBQ (lg hot-plate & grill) & an outdoor shower. Come to catch the sun, fish, relax and enjoy the festive season at beautiful Simpsons Beach. We leave the pantry fully provisioned with everyday basics, herbs, spices , flour, sugar etc and condiments, - just replace what you use. Sleeps 6 (indoors) - 2 Q’s and 2 bunks (with pull out sofa/king-single) available if required. Property is very flat and grassy so also suitable for 2 x tents if needing others to stay. Its your basic kiwi getaway - 70's bach - no frills- but will take the hard knocks and pet friendly - although not fenced.
