About this Holiday House

Enjoy a luxury experience in Central Richmond, Nelson. High spec kitchen, with smeg appliances and stone benches. Tiled bathrooms and underfloor heating. Views of Monaco Inlet and the Richmond hills. The townhouse was completed late December 2022. This apartment adjoins another property, which is called Richmond Luxury Apartment . It has a very similar layout.

Special Amenities

The house has 2 stories. The top story has the master bedroom and en-suite, with separate toilet, the kitchen dining room and lounge and patio. The bottom story has 2 other bedrooms, outside patio off one bedroom , full bathroom and separate toilet, garage and laundry. The entrance door has an ELOK code, so there are no keys. Just a note that all the living is upstairs and a great outlook. A private downstairs courtyard which is great for storing bikes.

So close to so many amenities: 5 minute walk to the ASB Acquatic centre, countdown supermarket, Raewards fruit and vege store, 2 popular cafes, petrol station, 10 minute walk to the Richmond Mall, Kmart, the warehouse, KFC etc. 2 minute drive to the Saxton sports fields and Saxton Arena. Right over the road to Waimea College and Intermediate
