Private yard with a big deck, lawn and BBQ area plus citrus trees for your fish! The games room is lots of fun for the whole family with a large pool table and darts or go for a walk to the marina, Waikawa bay or just across the road to the reserve and explore the creek. The location, hills and massive Silk tree will have you relaxing in no time.

This recently complete rebuild of a long standing local bach has been fitted out with relaxation, calm and family fun in mind. Located in a central but quiet area, what better place to relax than on the deck under the flowering silk tree, have a BBQ, play on the lawn or have a game of pool and darts in the games room. Amble 5 minutes down the road to the marina (which has a Bar/Restaurant, chandleries, launching ramp, boat hire etc.) - the main gateway to the Marlborough Sounds! Picton is 5 minutes drive away and the vineyards of Marlborough are just 30 minutes away. Plus so much more to do.
