Open plan 3 bedroom house with 2 large bedrooms downstairs and a large mezannine floor upstairs. The living area has log burner (fire screen provided) which heats the whole house.
Ranch sliders open out onto large flat fully fenced sunny section creating good indoor/outdoor flow.
A short enjoyable walk to the town centre along the lake front.
The next door house is also available and has a similar layout only the main bedroom has a King Size bed.
The back parking area is shared by both houses and there is enough room to park an average size boat. Both houses have their own private section out from the ranch sliders.
Linen (sheets, pillowcases and towels) are not supplied but can be arranged at $12 per person.
The house is let out on a "leave it as you find it basis". However, cleaning can be arranged for $65 if you would prefer.
Please advise if you are wanting either of these.

Rates: Prices based on minimum of 2 night stay in off peak season and 3 night stay during Summer and Ski Season. Please enquire for pricing on weekly, monthly rental rates, warbird or other special events. Minimum of 3 night stay during peak seasons although this can be negotiable depending on bookings. For a one night stay a surchage will be applied.
It expected that the house will be cleaned on vacating. If preferred cleaning and linen can be arranged at an extra cost. (Linen $12 per person for length of stay and Cleaning $65)

A very tidy and comfortable house with a well-equipped kitchen. We were surprised to find that the large mezzanine floor was effectively the third bedroom, but without a wall! Perhaps for people like me you could make this a little clearer ... Read more
