The back parking area is shared by both houses and there is enough room to park an average size boat. Both houses have their own private section out from the ranch sliders.

No extra cleaning fees are charged. It expected that the house will be cleaned on vacating. Cleaning and linen can be arranged at an extra cost. (Linen $12 per person for length of stay and Cleaning $65)
