Rates: Refunds will only be given with notification of a minimum of 48hrs notice and will be on a prorata basis. A cleaning fee of $50 will be deducted also. If the property can be filled a full refund will be given. Any damages is to be reported and house to be left as found a change may apply to repair. Additional one off charge of cleaning/servicing of $45-55 will be charged over and above nightly cost.
