This place was fabulous. We are a family of 5 and we stayed before relocating to the UK. The bach was perfect for a family with school aged children. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need and the location is priceless. The bedrooms are great for kids chilling out and the living areas are perfectly suited for families. We would recommend this as a perfect, relaxed family bach.

Really great location, nice gentle beach, good house for outdoor summer living, eg long folding doors. Couldn't get TV working, and cellphone reception was marginal. The lawn was nicely cut. Very good holiday indeed.

No coat hangers & the grass could have done with a cut - few concealed "holes in lawn because of this, which could be a hazard. Never had to put down names etc of occupants before when renting. thought that odd.

Once again a fabulous stay! Love this spot, the four of us have decided we will return again. Probably at least every 2nd year, since we enjoy the spot so much. The house is in such a great location, you can be as much a part of the beach activity as you like, or remain completely private within the house, and still enjoy the outlook. Highly recommended to anyone - couples or families.

Perfect location, house and yard, just right for families. Great beach just a jump across the road, so close we could come and go all day and even watch the action from the deck. Short drive to shops where you can get or do anything (Kids Republic, Whangaparoa a hit with the little ones if you catch a rainy day!). Loved our time there and will definitely return!

Perfect spot for families. Our boys loved it - we all did!! Having the beach right there is great. You can either be a part of the activity, or happily watch it all from the deck as it passes you by! The house is comfortable and we loved having a view from the bedroom. We thought the kitchen was especially well equipped with ample cooking equipment and serving bowls (we have found other places to have little in this area). The neighbours were very friendly too, which was nice. We loved it so much we will definitely go back again. Probably our best holiday ever! Thank you Jayne (Margay Realty), for a wonderful stay. You were a pleasure to deal with, and we look forward to dealing with you again soon.

Boating, fishing, swimming....long days at beautiful Manly beach. Silverdale for Indoor Snow skiing at Snowdome, new Auckland LUGE for exhilarating fun. Bumper boats, go-karts, markets and great factory shopping. Orewa Beach - boutique shopping, great cafes/restaurants. Waiwera for Thermal resort and spa. Vineyards, markets and more....plenty to do and see. 30 mins to Auckland, catch the ferry or drive.
