Very informal artist's home with basic amenities but in a great view and location on Oriental Parade. Only a small TV in one bedroom. Opposite an indoor swimming pool, city beach and children's playground.Surrounded by lots of cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. Great for waterfront walks/cycle/runs. Close to Courtney Place nightlife and Te Papa and skateboard park. Has two double beds(one bedroom is TINY! the other large)with extra mattresses for the floor if necessary. Being in the city there is some traffic noise from the busy road outside. Considerate neighbours upstairs.Small shower/toilet - no bath. Not the place for fussy people who like things fancy - but if you are easy going (but considerate of the space) please e-mail me. Since this is our home, we only do some weekends and holidays. Two or more nights only. Thanks.
