The laundry is at the back of the cottage with external access. The sleepout, named Little Gem, close to the cottage, has 2 bedrooms each with separate access onto a covered deck. The number of people that can stay in the cottage/sleepout is limited by the fact it is serviced by a single bathroom only - a shower over bath and a toilet. It is suitable for 4 adults (with or without children). The house and cottage can be rented together or separately. For those booking for a larger group, please check with owner for suitability of booking house, cottage and sleepout together. The cottage, being situated close to the beach, is ideal for those who find walking up the hill difficult. Kayaks and dinghies supplied. Enquire about details.
