Terracotta Gardens is a beautifully renovated and landscaped holiday home; views over Romantic Russell across the Bay to Waitangi and across a bushclad valley where moreporks and kiwi call at night; your own private outdoor hot tub spa.
Beautiful gardens and paths wind down to Long Beach road with a five-minute walk either into the main township, ferry wharf and foreshore or over the hill to the safe swimming beach and view of the Bay and outer islands at Long Beach.
The house has two levels connected by an elevator, each with their own private, very large outdoor deck, spacious lounge and living area.
There are three upper double bedrooms and one lower double bedroom with ensuite and spa deck. Fully-equipped kitchen/dining, lounges, bedrooms and bathrooms. The lower level has a separate kitchenette.
Road access to the house is from Oneroa Road at the intersection with Pomare Road. A walk down Pomare Road brings you to Matauwhi Bay and yacht club while Oneroa Road follows the ridgeline and gives alternative walks to Long Beach, the township and to Matauwhi Bay.
A double carport provides off-road parking. Wifi internet access can be provided for your laptop by arrangement.
