One of two baches on this large section situated on the lakefront with stunning views over Lake Rotoiti.
Large deck overlooking the lake, mezzanine floor - a lake view from just about every room!
Three double beds are in an open plan area on the mezzanine floor. This area is semi partioned for privacy.
There is a bunk room under the deck which is more suitable for summer time, containing a double bunk and single bed.
Close to Hells Gate and a boat ride to the hot springs - great spot for water skiing, fishing, sailing or just lounging around!!
Access is via a metal road through the Tikitere Forest.
Boats:
There is a mooring available for use and the boat ramp is 150m down the road.
Please let us know if you want to use the boat mooring at the time of booking.
There is room for a boat to park off the road but we recommend a 4 wheel drive for the parking area in front of the bach, as the drive entry is quite steep.
There is no TV reception at the bach but there are plenty of other things to do!
Note: The property is not really suitable for people with small children as there are stairs leading up to a deck and also internal stairs.

Linen: Please bring your own linen (sheets, pillowslips and towels).
Cleaning expectations: Visitors to clean kitchen and bathroom, and vaccuum the house ready for the next guests.
