Absolute beachfront, contemporary 3 level bach with panoramic views of Bay of Plenty coast and across roof tops to green hills behind. Step through the gateway onto sand dune. An unconventional award-winning design for relaxed holiday living. Sleeps 10(ideally max of 6 adults plus children): 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms each have a queen bed and single "pop-up" trundle bed, both rooms with own outside access; main bedroom on top floor has a queen size bed, second shower, toilet and handbasin; 2 single bed size window seats in living area.
First floor level is open-plan living, dining and kitchen. Large bi-fold doors open onto a deck on beach side of house with stairs to ground level fenced area. Television, DVD player,stereo with ipod dock CD player and USB port are supplied. Now with Free-view television and wireless broadband.
The kitchen has an electric stove, fridge/freezer, microwave and other equipment necessary for maximum number of guests.
Interior of house is wood-lined with hard floors and mats - no fitted carpet.
Outside - choose to use wooden deck, sunny or shaded paved areas with outdoor furniture and barbeque. There is off-street parking for cars at front door and space for a trailer or boat.
All bed and kitchen linen is provided. Towels are supplied for overseas guests only.Portacot and highchair are available on request.
Over 20 kilometres of sand and surf stretch from Mt Maunganui to Maketu. Part of this expanse is Papamoa Beach - away from the congestion of Mount holiday crowds. Dolphin and Orca are sometimes sighted from the house.
We never tire of the views!

30% deposit required to confirm booking, balance required 14 days prior to arrival.If booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to commencement deposit will not be refunded unless house is able to be relet. Payment can be accepted as direct credit,bank draft or NZ cheque(allowing time for clearance).
