Situated in the Coromandel, this Bach over-looks beautiful Otama Beach and the Mercury Islands. This wonderful Bach won Home of the Year in 2003, Home of the Decade in 2005 & has been published around the world. The bach sits 60m above sea level 400m up a steep gravel drive with bush close in on both sides. The drive does take a bit of negotiating and while a 4 wheel drive is ideal everbody has always made it up! The bach is designed as a modern reinterpretaion of the traditional New Zealand bach. The interior is minimal but comfortable and is totally natural. It is essentially a modern day log cabin.

Rates: Minimum stay is 3 nights.
Tha bach must be left cleaned and tidy. An additional fee of $300 is charged for laundry/ cleaning and opening bach.
