Classic kiwi bach with the comforts of home; good size rooms, kitchen (modern fridge, microwave, new stove), dining with sunporch off one side and deck the other side, separate lounge with TV, DVD, stereo. Recently redecorated bedrooms. Separate spaces work well for adults/children. Kent fireplace makes it cosy and warm for the winter months. Instant gas hot water. Great sheltered sunny deck and other outdoor spots for lounging outside. Puzzles, games and toys for wide range of ages. House is child proof with latch to deck area and fully fenced with gate across the driveway.

Nearby attractions & activities
Estuary is world class and can be viewed from the house. Five minutes to the historical town of Foxton where you will find a number of things to do. Don't forget to visit the working flour windmill, National Sound and Movie Museum and the Flax Museum & Trolley Bus Museum. Nearby is Owlcatraz in Shannon and Palmerston North is only 35 mins drive.
