Classic kiwi bach with the comforts of home; kitchen recently updated(modern fridge, microwave, new stove), dining with sunporch off one side and deck the other side, separate lounge with TV, DVD, stereo. Kent fireplace makes it cosy and warm for the winter months. Separate spaces work well for adults/children. Puzzles, games and toys for wide range of ages in the lounge for any grey, wet days. Great sheltered sunny deck and other outdoor spots for lounging outside.
Instant gas hot water and bathroom being upgraded in August 2011.
Recently redecorated, good sized bedrooms, one for kids to enjoy. House is child proof with latch to deck area and fully fenced with gate across the driveway.
Easy walk to beach, store, cafe, takeaways, bowling green, excellent park area below house with childrens play ground, skate board ramps, tennis courts, petanque, walking track and basketball hoops. Owners live within 30 minutes of property. Linen can be provided for overseas stays for an additional fee, please enquire.

Very clean and tidy bach with lots of space. Very good value and friendly owners. Best fish & chips in NZ just a few minutes walk away!

Estuary is world class and can be viewed from the house. Five minutes to the historical town of Foxton where you will find a number of things to do. Don't forget to visit the working flour windmill, National Sound and Movie Museum and the Flax Museum & Trolley Bus Museum. Nearby is Owlcatraz in Shannon and Palmerston North is only 35 mins drive.
