Located in popular Ngakuta Bay, our holiday spot includes a modern 3 bedroom cottage and seperate self-contained bach on the same large flat section. Ideal for two families or group of up to 12 persons. Off street parking for your boat/s and only a two minute walk or drive to the boat ramp, ski lane, wharf, fishing, swimming all on the fantastic Ngakuta Bay beachfront. You can kick back on the deck and enjoy a crisp Marlborough wine and the beautiful native bush vistas while firing up the BBQ for some delicious Marlborough fare. The property is in a safe location, however toddlers will need supervision as it is not securely fenced. It is only a 10 minute drive to the start of the famous Queen Charlotte Track and 15 minutes to the Ferries and Picton. It is 40 minutes to Blenheim and the famous Marlborough wineries. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, with a double bed and four singles. Bathroom with shower and bath. Laundry. Open plan kitchen, dining and living room. There is a double carport attached. The bach has 1 bedroom with a double bed and four single beds in the large living/kitchenette area. A seperate bathroom/toilet with shower.
