Abundant bird life. Well-maintained extensive walking track behind the house. Dinghy and canoe provided at no additional cost. Owners can arrange water taxi transport from Picton to the property, if required. Water taxis will also call in for pick-up / drop-off for walking the Queen Charlotte Track. The Marlborough vineyards are an easy day trip (30 mins boat to Picton, then 30 mins road to the vineyards and wineries)
