The main living area is open plan and includes a modern kitchen with a commercial oven and cooktop and plenty of bench space for cooking and entertaining whilst overlooking the scenic vistas of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables.
There is also a balcony with tables and chairs for outside wining and dining and smokers.
All the bathrooms are tiled with underfloor heating and there is a spa bath to relax in after a day in the outdoors.
All utensils and linen are provided and the house comes equipped with a underfloor heating in all main living, DVD, stereo and 2 flat screen televisions.
