The dwelling was built in the 1960's and features rimu flooring and walls. The living, dining and kitchen area is open plan with the living area flowing through bi-folding doors onto a large flat deck. The bedrooms consist of a master bedroom with a queen bed, another bedroom with a double bed and a bunk room with 2 sets of bunks and a single bed. There is a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.
This property is situated in Moetapu Bay which is north facing, allowing all day and evening sun. It is sheltered from most wind with stunning views over the Mahau Sound to the hills beyond. It is in a beautiful tranquil setting among native bush with only the sounds of the native birds and sea. Nearby attractions & activities
Blenheim is 50 minutes drive with wineries, cafes, shops, supermarkets etc. Havelock is 25 minutes drive with cafes and shops. The Queen Charlotte walkway is 10 minutes drive for beautiful native bush walks. There is a boat mooring and an aluminium dinghy, and there are also two boat ramps close by for boat launching. The property has its own private sandy beach, safe swimming, fishing and water skiing etc at the doorstep.
