A large refurbished kitchen with thermowave oven and microwave. Two living areas, upstairs lounge has new black leather lounge suite and lazyboy, flat screen TV plus video/DVD.
The conservatory comes off the upstairs living room and the main bedroom has an en suite. The en suite shower is shared by everyone staying in the home, even those that are staying in the sleep out as the hot water downstairs is very limited and no hot water is available in the garage.
Downstairs has dining room with TV and bifolds off to front decking which has a BBQ, plus table /chairs and umbrella. Also a separate toilet, shower and vanity.
There are 2 bedrooms downstairs at this Whangamata holiday house, one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed, but a tight fit, so you have to access this bed by climbing over the bottom of the bed. This bedroom is next to the kitchen and has a sliding door to separate the 2 rooms. This room is the only access route for people using the sleep out, so please be aware that this room is also used as the main walkway for guests to and from the sleep out.
The sleep out provides beds for 7 people. It has an exposed concrete floor but great for those that want to have the extra people staying without paying high costs.
Bach on Barbara in Whangamata has 2 bathrooms (one is the ensuite) & 3 toilets.
This Whangamata Holiday house has a secure backyard for well trained dogs and toddlers, and room on the side lawn for a small tent, however numbers are not able to exceed the maximum allowed to stay on this property.
Parking is on the front lawn, max of 4 cars please, with boat parking beside house.
Very conveniently situated across the road to walkway to the beach and next to a walkway to central shopping area which provides excellent entertainment - restaurants, clubs, bars and shops. Please note this is a 1/2 site - driveway to be kept clear.
Please no shoes inside.
