This tastefully revitalised 1920's villa is handily located right opposite Otaki's beautiful beach.
Read a book in the welcoming library/chillout room, watch the ocean, relax in the sundrenched courtyard or cross the road and you're at the beach! Otaki's beach is safe - take a dip, sunbathe, stroll along - whatever!... the world is your pipi.
Cook indoors utilising the fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer - or choose alfresco dining... theres a barbeque area with gas BBQ and outdoor seating.
Kohine has trendy decor throughout with modern furnishings - all facilities are of a high and brand new standard.
If nature hasn't tempted you to be outside... there's an LCD TV with DVD home theatre.
Kohine is ideally suited for couples or families with older children as the lovely water feature could be a problem for toddlers. This accommodation sleeps 5 with queen bed in bedroom 1, single bed in bedroom 2, and the sunroom/library has a new, comfortable sofa which folds out to double bed.

Rates: Nightly rate is for two people. $10 extra per night 15 years and under, $20 per night 16 years and over. Minimum 2 night bookings for weekends. Minimum 3 night bookings for long weekends, 4 nights for Easter. $40 cleaning fee per stay for 1-3 people and $50 for 4-5 people. Check in 2pm, check out 11am. Winter special: From 7 May until 1 October if you stay 4 or more nights you get one night free (excludes long weekends and world cup time).

Could not have been more perfect, so close to the sea and with the peace of a little garden to enjoy. We enjoyed the bach so much that we cancelled plans to dine out and cooked all meals to eat in the garden instead.
