Fully equipped warm and comfortable modern alpine styled home with 360 degree mountain scenery. 60 minutes drive from Christchurch. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, large log fire (with ample dry firewood supplied), TV (satellite free to air), video, DVD, CD players, Broadband (Tomizone pay basis), washing machine, large master-bedroom with en-suite and large outside deck/BBQ area. Very warm with games, music, DVDs and 10 TV channels. A great place for the active outdoors or just relax/ unwind.
We are proud of the number of return bookings we receive from regular users. A lot of effort is put into maintaining the house to as high standard as possible. The owners are also forest owners and have installed the largest log fire available with dry firewood - no guest has ever complained about the house being cold!

Rates: Minimum rental of 2 nights. Price is per person but babies under 12 months are free. A deposit of $200 is required to secure booking and a full information letter will be sent. A cancellation fee of $50/per night on confirmed bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of dates required - only charged if no replacement rental can be found. Linen can be supplied at an additional cost by arrangement.
