Fairway Cottage is a luxurious fully self contained sole occupancy retreat.Located in the heart of Paraparaumu Beach minutes from the surf, shops and Cafes. Its unique location next to the internationally ranked Paraparaumu Beach Golf course provides guests with less than a 100 metre walk to the first tee.
It offers a contempory welcoming environment with timbers floors and a gas fire. The bedroom has a Super King Bed but can also be changed to twin share where requested. There is a stone floor shower with skylight looking up to beautiful willow trees. It has a cottage garden and two outdoor seating areas one of which has a magnificent view down the 9th fairway.
On arrival you will be welcomed with an antipasto platter and complementary wine. The fridge is also stocked with beer, fruit juice, filtered water and snacks for you to enjoy during your stay.
The cottage is ideal for both singles and couples those who are after a romantic break or just wanting to stay somewhere special on the Kapiti Coast.

Fully equiped all you need to do is relax whether its a romantic break, golfing trip or longer term stay. We are able to arrange golf tee times or bookings at local restaurants. A great place to stay and play.
