There is plenty of off-street parking for cars & boats. There is a large lawn between the house and the beach, with privacy from the street and plenty of room for the kids to play. There is an outdoor hot water shower for use after swimming.
A kayak is available for guest use - just carry the kayak from the lawn onto the beach and you are ready to go!
This property is located in the best part of Cooks Beach- right in the middle of the beach, well away from the public access points, and with safe swimming right in front of the property at all tides.
