About this Holiday House

At this stage due to the latest weather event which has caused major roading issues to the Keneperu Rd we are no longer taking books for the 23/24 period. Stunning absolute waterfront location. Easy drive on access to the door. Relax on the large sundeck facing North. Spectacular views of the Sound and surrounding native bush. Very safe swimming beach, bush walks,boating, fishing etc. just so much to do.Kayaks available. Approximately 45mins drive from Havelock. Please be aware that the Keneperu Road is still under major repairs from a storm in 2021. This will continue until July 2023. Daily time restrictions for using the Keneperu Rd excluding public holidays and weekends are in place. Please refer to Marlborough Roads Recovery update site on the Marlborough District Council website for further information on these times.

Absolutely fantastic, stunning spot, so well equipped, was wonderful to spend 3 days in such a relaxing place, would certainly love to go back.

Modern, well-equipped home in a fantastic setting. We couldn't have picked a better spot to celebrate Christmas with family and friends. We'll be back!

Stayed here for a week April 2016. It was as good as the pictures show and perfect weather was the icing on the cake. Great holiday house with everything we needed, everything so clean and tidy. Fabulous views and all day sun made for a relaxing time. Easy to launch our boats from the beach. Great walking and bike riding opportunities abound in this location. Shouldn't be saying it's so fabulous or everyone will want to come and stay and we may miss out next time as we will most definitely hire The Boat Shed again!! Thank you Sue and Roger, you were great to deal with.
