Amazing, "Romantic", Majestic Fantastic Waterviews of Harbour, Ocean and Islands from Upstairs Master Bedroom and Downstairs Lounge, Dining and Kitchen. Both upstairs small round deck and downstairs large 8 x 5 metre deck have glass ballustrades. Modern Upstairs carpeted Master Bedroom with Ensuite. Downstairs Open Plan Living Areas plus Bedroom with Double and Single bed. Separate main bathroom. Laundry facilities. Large deck with Weber BBQ and Outdoor Furniture with great waterview. 80M from house to harbour/boatramp.. Sleeps 5 (6 max) 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (ensuite), 1 study with single bed. Very Modern, Comfortable and Clean House. Downstairs great entertainment area inside and out on decks. Amazing lifestyle and relaxation in every way. House in private road culdesac, tranquil on 1700M2 site. Hear birds sunrise and moreporks at night. Romantic Master Bedroom with Romantic Wateviews of Sunrise over the water. Fantastic getaway from Auck, Hamilton, Tauranga (2 hours). 10 min drive Whangamata. 20 to 40 min from so many Tourist attractions. . Sky TV 2 Flatscreens (separate channels upstairs and downstairs) and 2 DVDs. Modem Wifi Great for children. Full sun all day. Everything provided except sheets and towels. Opoutere Beach 6 km sandy, secluded beach with Slipper Island off beach and all forest. Wharekawa Harbour with boatramp, placid waters suitable kayaking. This was our second stay at Mary's lovely holiday home. This time for a wedding. What we love is waking up to the sunrise over the estuary and beach which you can see from the main bedroom. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and all the home away from home comforts you need. Opoutere is a quiet settlement but not far from a main town if you need groceries etc. I would definitely recommend a stay here. Hope to be back for a third visit someday.

What a wonderful relaxing getaway. We were welcomed by playful Tui's flitting about in the beautiful garden surrounding the house, expansive views of the tranquil harbour, and a lovely clean and comfortable house that made us feel at home immediately. Even when it rains you feel lucky to be there enjoying the sound of the birds, and looking out over the water. Would be very happy to recommend to anyone who enjoys turning off the electronic devices, and just wants to take a moment and breathe. Loved it - thank you for sharing this slice of paradise Mary.

Want to hear birdsong throughout your stay, see amazing sunrises towards the beach, see the differing birds exploring the estuary and stay in a house that has all the things you need for a great stay, then stay here! Enjoyed waking up daily sitting on the deck admiring the peace and tranquility and watching the world go by. Amazing.
