Set on the edge of tranquil Lake Tarawera, this spacious rimu-lined house is ideal for a group of any size, whether you're looking for relaxation or adventure.
The house is a lake front section with a short path down to a private jetty. The jetty is suitable for mooring three large boats, and is ideal for swimming, water sports, fly fishing, and sunbathing.
There are four main bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with a large bath and a shower. Three double bedrooms with queen beds have expansive outlooks on to the lake and mountain. The other double bedroom has two single beds, a cot, and bush views.
The house has a large modern kitchen, BBQ, flat lawn area suitable for petanque or games, and a deck with outdoor tables and chairs.
There is the possibility of a 5th room being available as a bedroom, sleeping two on a comfortable sofa bed. The house can sleep 10 comfortably. Additional mattresses are available if needed.
Sky TV is available for an extra fee (the cost of same) by prior arrangement.
Expansive views out to the lake, with own jetty (large).

There is access to a beautiful walk around Lake Tarawera at the bottom of the garden. Hot Water Beach is a short boat ride away, as are walks to two other lakes. Tarawera is a marvellous base for waterskiing, trout fishing, swimming and touring the area on the Tarawera Launch. It is only a two minute drive to the 'Landing Cafe and Resturant'. Rotorua is a 20 minute drive away, and full of excellent cafes, restaurants, and cultural activities.
