Unique 2 level Holiday Home is set on 5ha of native bush with fabulous views towards D'urville Island. With it's own boat ramp that leads to the private beach below. You can launch your boat any time of the day weather permitting or fish off of the rocks. Great fishing in the Current Basin and about 1 hour up to Stephens Island. 4WD is required if you bring your boat. The house is open plan kitchen/lounge, one Bedroom with Queen bed, Bunks and 2 singles in the main area, plus an extra fold out double bed. The stacker sliding doors in the lounge open up onto the large deck with glass balustrade over looking the sea. The bathroom contains the laundry and single toilet. There is a log fire/stove and wood is provided. Fridge/Freezer and extra freezer, electric oven/stove. The large pantry contains crockery, glasses, cookware and a starter pack of tea,coffee and sugar. Downstairs is self contained and has a Bathroom, Double fold out Sofa Bed, extra mattress. Private and secluded on a beautiful native background Walking tracks through the native bush or up the 2 km gravel driveway that winds through farm land with great views of French Pass. From Elaine Bay turn off, travel 17.0km to the Camp Bay sign, then turn off and follow the blue signs down the 2km gravel driveway. You are welcome to bring your family K9, but you will need to have had them treated for sheep measles 48hrs before you arrive or within the last month.
