Absolute waters edge at Mangawhai Heads. Full basement 2 story house with 5 bedrooms and a bunk room,set up for real kiwi family holidays. Shower and toilet upstairs and the same again downstairs plus an outside shower for after swimming. Fully equiped kitchen / dining / lounge(no dishwasher). 5 double beds and a bunk room that sleeps 6 singles but we have a max number of 10 guests - extras are negotiable. Duvets and pillows supplied. Sofa sleepers in lounge and rumpus. Large rumpus room with small pool table, table tennis table (can be set up), freezer and second fridge. Has a cot and highchair. Books, and a small range of CD's DVD's. Heaps of parking.
We do not offer a cleaning service guests are expected to tidy and clean the house prior to departure - ready for the next family.
