A 3-bedroom, newly decorated bach on large, flat, fully-fenced, sunny section 800 m from estuary beach and walking distance to ocean beach. Both the beach and estuary are great for fishing, kayaking, swimming, surfing and sailing and the bach is well set up for a hassle-free holiday.
The house backs onto a grassy reserve with direct access from section which is ideal for the kids to run around or ride their bikes. There is also lots of room on the section to park the boat/trailer and play cricket etc.
Many facilities: well equipped kitchen, new stove, 21" TV, DVD player, washing machine and tub, fantastic shower, microwave, 4 burner gas BBQ, new CD/radio player (with MP3 attachment) and ceiling fan for those warmer days. Hose pipes are positioned at the front and rear of the property to wash down the boat and the kids!
Large deck at the rear of the property that catches the afternoon sun for outside dining and entertaining (half covered so rain won't spoil your BBQ!) and a covered seating area at the front of the property, ideal for morning sun and a sit down with a quiet beer.
We supply:
- Duvets, duvet covers and pillows.
- All cleaning products.
- Plenty of outdoor furniture and table umbrella.
- Heaters/fans.
You supply:
- Sheets and pillow cases
- Towels, cloths and T-towels
Pets allowed with prior approval but they have to be kept outside.
Additional Guests e.g. children/babies may be allowed with prior approval.
Cleaning can be easily arranged- please enquire (approx $40-$50).
