About this Holiday House

Timandra is a modern home with 4 double bedrooms and a 5 bed bunkroom. Included in the home are 3Showers including an outside shower and 3 toilets. The 180 degree stunning views of the various Island and the beach from the upstairs Lounge and dining room have got to be seen to be believed. The house is situated opposite the boat ramp and the Child safe beach .Launch your boat and less than 5 minutes you are at the Scallops beds and fishing grounds. Kayaks available along with an outside BBQ. AMONG THE BEST LOCATED HOUSES ON THE BEACH. Rear unit is a private residence

First time to Opito Bay for my family and I and it was the best NZ holiday we have ever had!!! So great for big families the kids had an absolute ball!! What an amazing spot!! Highly highly recommend!! Stacey Rangitakatu

Beautiful property in an amazing location. Large house with heaps of room for our group of friends and children. We had the best time. Great to have use of the kayaks (children were entertained with these for hours)!
