Enjoy the surf and beach while sitting in your deck chair with the fridge close at hand, or being able to shower after a swim. Book now! These are just some of the benefits of this magnificent Property situated right on the beach. Watch the surfers carving up the waves from the porch and go down and do some surf casting by the rocks.
Just a short stroll to the estuary with it's safe swimming for young children. You can also hire kayaks from the estuary store and paddle and explore the inland waterways.
There is plenty of room on the large section to park cars, a boat and place tents.
The bach is a 3 bedroom house up stairs with a self contained flat downstairs.
Maximum allowed 10 people.
The bach suits 1 or more families as there are 2 sets of amenities. 2 kitchens, 2 showers and 2 toilets. There is however only one washing machine. Bring your own linen i.e sheets + pillowcases, T towels + towels and xtra bedding.
Minimum of 2 nights. Bookings subject to $50 booking fee and $200 bond.

Whangamata is surrounded by bush, forest and farmland. There is excellent fishing (big game and of the beach), diving, sea kayaking, sailing, water sking, tramping, mountain biking, hunting, and many other outdoor activities.

Rates: Sleeping arrangements are as follows: Master bedroom with king size bed. Two more bedrooms up stairs, one with Queen size bed and the other with 2 singles(these can be put aside or stacked as bunks to make room for a double on the floor). There is a bed / settee in the lounge. Down stairs is a lounge, a second kitchen and Queen Size bed all in one large room with a curtain divide. The bunk-room has one bunk bed and two singles. The whole bach Comfortably sleeps 10 people with out the bed settee in the lounge. The bach suits one or more families as there are 2 full sets of amenities. 2 kitchens, 2 showers and 2 toilets. There is however only one old washing machine. Bring your own linen and bedding and be prepared to leave it as clean and tidy as you'ld like to find it. Please remember that this is a water front bach although we do our best to keep it clean, it is exposed to the elements and they can work their way in.
