Rates: PLEASE NOTE:
Rates do not include cleaning, we do request that you leave the house clean and tidy ... otherwise a cleaning charge will be deducted from your bond, however all beds made ready for your holiday..and you don't have to do the laundry or remake the beds! Also rates do not cover gas bottle refills ... we recommend you check these at the start of your stay ie bbq, stove and heaters... they can be refilled at the local dairy.
MINIMUM TWO NIGHT STAY and MINIMUM 3 NIGHT stay for SCHOOL/PUBLIC HOLIDAYs.
Unfortunately due to costs, staffing etc we have a minimum two week stay rate next Xmas/New Years
