Please note we don't provide linen,there is linen hire in Akaroa, however. This is not a serviced unit & we do require you to clean on vaccating.
For occupancy of greater than 4 people a cleaning bond of $30 NZ applies,to be reimbersed to you after unit inspection if all is satisfactory.

We are so located that this is all at your door step.In the hight of the season when there is no parking in Akaroa township we are there cos we can park & walk.
