Special Amenities

A well set up, clean and comfortable home. BBQ and two decks. Queen size bed in main bedroom. In the second bedroom, there are king single bunk beds that are comfortable and suitable for children or adults, and 2 stretchers and port-a-cot available. Wander through the 40 acre farm enjoying the stands of eucalyptus, native bush and native birds. Bring your kayak and explore the Taiharuru estuary at the bottom of the hill.

2.5 km from Pataua South and North beaches. White-sand surf beaches and beaches safe for children's swimming. Good fishing from the banks of the estuary at the hill below the cottage, or off the footbridge at nearby Pataua. Several nearby bush walks; or have a coffee at Parua Bay café 15 min scenic drive away; or a drink on the deck at Parua Bay pub overlooking the water after playing a round at The Pines Golf Club.

Thank you much for such a lovely stay in your beautiful house - so clean and restful! And what a great location and views, and a quick drive to spectacular beaches! So peaceful. Highly recommend.

Beautifully peaceful private haven with spectacular views, good bed, everything you need. Its hard to move from the views over Pataua inlet. Lovely hosts, spotlessly clean and cosy. Well recommended thankyou.

The online photos portray the property well. It is very clean and comfortable with great facilities and well maintained. So incredibly peaceful with beautiful views. BIrdlife great with plenty of Fantails, Morepork heard plus 4 Tui feeding outside the window an added treat. The property has some wonderful beaches nearby. Joanna was very helpful, the booking process excellent, what more can I say but a big Thank You for a great stay, loved it. Only wish we could have stayed longer. We will return!
