Two double bedroom flat, spacious, private, pleasant garden, off street parking, SKY TV, WiFi, self contained, quiet, 10 minutes walk to Waikawa Marina and Waikawa Bay and 5 minutes drive to Picton. Cafes and restaurants at Waikawa Marina and in Picton. Walking tracks, park, playground, some pushbikes by prior arrangement.

Any bookings confirmed for our property after 5/12/21 will be subject to all guests or visitors proving that they are double vaccinated for Covid 19 by being verified on arrival. This requirement is for the safety of ourselves and our future guests.

Great accommodation! Lovely garden, spotless clean, best equipped and located in a calm neighbourhood, yet near to Picton. Sue and Mark are the best hosts you can imagine, friendly and so supportive. And we did love Jazz, the wonderful dog, we will definitely come back. Thanks a lot, Sue and Mark!
