The upstairs deck, which opens off the living area, affords scenic views and contains a large outdoor table and bench-style seating for 8 people, a gas BBQ and an outdoor heater. The covered downstairs deck is ideal for kids to play in. The section also has a small lawn and is surrounded by native flora. The kitchen has modern facilities including a gas oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge-freezer and coffee maker. The bathroom has a showerhead over the bath and a basin. The toilet is separate, with its own basin. Other amenities include a CD stereo player and 14" TV . There are also board games and books available if the weather forces you indoors. The house is fully self-contained - bedding available upon request or you can bring your own. Laundry facilities include washing machine and tub, and dryer. Off-street parking end on end for two cars.
