Stunning 180 degrees views of Lake Wanaka and Mountains. Only 2-3 minute walk to the lake, village, supermarket, restaurants and cafes.

A comfortable lounge with views includes leather lazy boys and gas fire, opens on to a deck – a great area to use the barbecue or relax with a glass of wine or coffee. The lake views can be enjoyed from the master bedroom, main lounge, dining area and deck.

The kitchen is well equipped and includes a dishwasher. A heat pump heats or cools kitchen, dining and lounge area efficiently.

Our second lounge offers you flexibility and space away from each other if desired, also great for watching a DVD or a different television channel. The kitchenette is useful for the larger families or group. The second fridge can also come in handy.

We have 2 optional services. Linen hire and wireless broadband.

The house is on a full section offering plenty of parking for cars and boat. This is an ideal holiday home for any season.

Winter - During winter a heater with timer options is provided for each bedroom and all the beds have electric blankets. To ensure your safety we have a smoke alarm in each bedroom and common living spaces.


Car-less - No problem
Relax back in a leather lazy boy recliner, read, watch a dvd or movie/sport on sky. Enjoy the beautiful views of lake and mountains. Stroll to the Lake or village at your leisure.

We have a great equipped Kitchen, but if you are not in the mood for cooking there are many choices of restaurants in the village.

The house has 2 lounges, a kitchen upstairs and a kitchenette downstairs. It meets the needs of both a small or a large family or group. You do not have to use both levels.

Upstairs -180 degree lake/mountain views, 2 bdrms, kitchen, dining area, lounge with sky TV and DVD, bathroom.

Downstairs - Mountain views, 2 bdrms, lounge with TV & DVD, furnished with funky retro funiture, full kitchenette, bathroom and laundry.
