This is a compact unit set in a quiet peaceful residential suburb. The views across the lawn and gardens to the inner harbour are lovely. This unit is attached to the owners residence.

We are close to some lovely parks, boardwalks, cycle paths and beaches. There are 2 dairies and a shopping centre within 2 kilometers and a large supermarket about 4 ks. The main Mount Beach is about 15 minutes drive and Tauranga Central city about 5 minutes drive. Within a 10 -15 min drive, there would be in excess of 100 cafes, restaurants etc. Public bus service available. Nearest stop 50 metres from driveway.

Ideal for our week stay in Tauranga. The space was clean well presented with everything needed for our stay. Neil and Penny were great hosts and communicated well. Would stay again should we need to be back in Tauranga.

Would definitely recommend here, we stayed for 5 weeks and had a lovely time. There’s everything you could need and more - penny and Neil go above and beyond to make sure you’re accommodated and comfortable. The location is ideas, with beautiful views and peaceful, quiet surroundings. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Bay of Plenty i would be hesitate to book here, you won’t regret it.
