Great location and family atmosphere. Biketrail nearby certainly a plus. Games and adult building blocks a bonus for all. Neat communications with owners.

The place was perfect,quiet, comfortable beds (a must for me), fab sea views ,clean,lots of little xtras a welcoming phone call on arrival to make sure everything was ok, would highly recomend

30 seconds walk to beach. Close to wind surfing, kayaking, safe swimming etc. Short walk to restaurants and Ahuriri shopping and 5 minute drive to Napier shops. Many award winning wineries a short drive away. Art Deco Napier a tourist attraction. Great place for children too. New cycle track along seafront.
