Superbly located small, cosy and quiet cottage, set in own secluded private garden.
Ideally suited to a couple. Stunning 180 degrees view of Lake, mountains and town. Situated in "the dress circle" just a 10 minute beautiful walk to the heart of all Queenstown has to offer. Walk down to the Lake and follow the walkway around the Lake and through the beautiful Queenstown Gardens into Town.
North facing deck for all day sun with off street parking.
Amazing views from large windows. All year, beautiful clear Central Otago light. In Winter, blue snow capped mountains reflect in a deep blue lake. In Spring, fresh new growth with the promise of a Central Otago Summer- Bellbirds, Tuis, Waxeyes. In Summer, Schist rocks shimmering on the mountains and reflecting on the lake. Roses on the deck. Amazing Autumn colours as the leaves change and drop for winter.
Wake early or late, watch the day unfold upon the lake and mountains. Listen to 'The Call' of the Earnslaw and watch her magestic journey across the lake. At the end of the day, watch the sun track across the township, to hide behind Mt Nicholas, sending an amazing burst of colour through the sky on to the surrounding mountains as it sets over the lake.
The long Summer twilight seems to extend your holiday forever.
