Only 20 mins north of Christchurch,10 mins from Rangiora, 10 mins to Kaiapoi, Ohoka is an olive growing paradise, with a wonderful climate and a great place to stay if starting your new life in New Zealand or just passing through on holiday.
The beautiful new, purpose built loft with views over the olives to the Southern Alps beyond, your home away from home awaits you. (Pictured to the right of the main homestead in the photo)
The main room has a queen-size bed with double built in wardrobe, the 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and a built in wardrobe. Don't bring your own bedding, this is all supplied for you including luxury fluffy towels.
Full bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet divides the rooms and a laundry with washing machine and complimentary washing powder is situated in a cupboard in the hall.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, gas hob and electric oven, and a large fridge freezer to stock up on fabulous Canterbury fare.
The breakfast bar, which flows into the lounge with access to a large sunny deck to the west for those wonderful lazy breakfasts and long leisurely dinners. Avaliable from 2pm on on day of arrival, you will receive a complimentary welcome hamper with those essentials to get you started while you find your feet.

We were met at the airport, had our PO Box sorted out, and some fantastic accommodation arranged for us. If they tell you about an apartment amongst the olive groves in Ohoka and you need a place to stay short term, take it! You wont be disappointed. Hosts Jackie and Dave made us feel really welcome. We have been here 12 months now and love NZ.
Fabulous scenery, great wineries, quiet and relaxing...that is Ohoka!
